Most of our work is never publicly attributed to us, and that's by design. Every engagement starts under confidentiality, without you needing to ask.

Operational breakdowns, stalled negotiations, a lease or deal that needs exiting, leadership gaps, messes that need untangling before they become bigger problems — if it's genuinely stuck, we look at it.
Involvement
The person you speak to at the start is the fixer doing the work throughout — not a partner who disappears after the kickoff call.

As-needed
Something specific needs fixing. We scope it, handle it, and step back once it's actually resolved — no open-ended retainer you didn't ask for.
On retainer
For a limited number of clients, we hold a retainer instead — already briefed on your business, and faster to move when something comes up. We keep this to a small number of relationships at a time, by design.
